Refund Policy
At Global Repuestos Diesel SAS, we work to guarantee your satisfaction. That's why we have a clear and transparent refund policy.
1. Refund Requests:
You can request a refund within the first 7 calendar days after purchase, provided that the replacement part:
• It has not been installed or used.
• Keep in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
• It must be presented together with the purchase invoice.
2. Excluded products:
Returns, exchanges, and warranties on electrical parts are not accepted.
3. Refunds for consignment:
For payments made by bank transfer, the refund will be processed on the next business day after the request, provided it meets the above conditions.
4. Shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the error is attributable to Global Repuestos Diesel SAS.
5. Product validation:
All returned products will be inspected by our technical team. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the established conditions.
